Terms and Conditions

Please read the following information carefully:

 

The terms and conditions below apply to all bookings made by Unique Connections Ltd. By asking us to confirm your booking, we can assume that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to it. Therefore please ensure that you take the time to read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to any bookings as it represents a contractual arrangement between you and Unique Connections Ltd.

 

References to ‘we’, ‘our’, and ‘us’ mean Unique Connections. References to ‘you’ and ‘your’ mean the lead and contracting member of the booking party.

 

Unique Connections is a Destination Management Company, a limited company incorporated in England and Wales (No. 08199570) whose registered office is a 4th Floor, Gray's Inn Chambers, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5JA.

 

A contract will exist once you have made your booking with us, we have issued you with our booking confirmations and you have paid for the services booked and confirmed with us.

 

Before making a booking with us you should read these term and conditions carefully as these will form the basis of the contract between you and us. If any part of these Conditions is invalid or unenforceable the reminder will not be affected and will remain valid and enforceable. British law will govern these Conditions and our contract.

 

It is important that you accurately complete our booking form. All documents, notices and other information relating to your booking will be forwarded to you.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to accept and/or not to proceed with any booking at any time in our sole discretion. Changes will be always notified to you by the time of the booking.

 

It is very important than upon receipt of our confirmation invoice, you check carefully all the information related

to your booking and notify us immediately of any erros. If it is not done or made with a significant delay, we will not

be responsible for any charges that may occur in consequence of any modifications that have to be made to

your booking.

 

Payment:

 

You will be notified at the time of booking of the price of your package. You will be required to pay us the full price when sending us the booking form. Payment may made by credit or debit card and bank transfer. All payments by card will be subject to a fee between 3% to 4% which will be added later to the final invoice if you decide to pay

this away.

 

Price:

 

The prices quoted in our estimates or in our brochures are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change. The price for the service is the price we confirm you at the time of your booking and it is valid for 24 hours unless differently specified.

 

Changes and cancellations by you:

 

Shall you decide to cancel your booking arrangements with us we require a written notification by mail, fax or e-mail. Cancelations charges will apply, if you do not cancel your booking within the allotted cancellation period shown on your booking confirmation. Booking fees are not refundable. All related bank and card charges will be at clients expenses and are to be deducted. If you are entitled for a refund, we will then credit equivalent amount into

your account.
 

Important: For some supplies we may have different cancellation policies and these will be advised to you before booking and we will confirm these on your booking confirmation.

 

Changes and cancellations by us:

 

We will do our utmost to deliver the services which we have contracted to provide to you. As we put in place the arrangements necessary to enable us to offer our range of services many months in advance, we may occasionally have to make changes and reserve the right to do so at any time.
 

Most changes are minor but we will always tell you before confirming the booking or, if you have already booked, as soon as we are able to prior to the date of the first service with us.
 

Important: Compensation payments do not apply where any change is due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including industrial action, war, threat of war, civil commotion, terrorism, airport closure, changes in shedules of airlines, adverse weather conditions affecting any airport, sea port or other transport link, flight delays, police or security alerts, natural or nuclear disaster and health risks.

 

Special requirements:

 

If you have any special requirements you must inform us of these at the time of booking so that we can confirm if we can accomodate the request and pass these onto our suppliers. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet the requirements but we will do our best to cater for any special requirements you may have.

 

Limitations of our liability to you:

 

Our responsibility is to make arrangements for the provision by the relevant suppliers of the components you book, but it does not have any responsibility for the operation of the component itself.
 

We have no liability to you for any dissafaction, loss of enjoyment, loss, injury or damage which results from your use of the arrangements booked with us unless we have negligently failed to select a normally competent provider of the relevant arrangement. Further, we have no liability to you in any event for any consequential loss which you may suffer in relation to any arrangements which you book to coincide with the arrangements you have booked with us.
 

Please note, in the unlikely event of our collapse/insolvency, any money you have paid is not protected by a scheme of financial protection. If this is important to you, we recommend you obtain suitable travel insurance.

 

Your responsibility:

 

We want you to have an enjoyable and carefree trip. But you must remember that you are responsible for your actions and the effect they may have others. If we believes your actions could upset other customers, our suppliers or its own staff, or put them in danger, your holiday / travel arrangements may be ended and this could mean we or our suppliers may ask you to leave your booked acommodation at your own expense.

 

Complaints:

 

If you feel that any part of your holiday arrangements is not provided as we promised, you should notify us as soon  

as possible. If we are unable to resolve any duspute before you return from your holiday you must provide us with written details within 30 days of your return. Any delays in advising us can make it difficult for us to investigate the complaint fully.

 

Data protection:

 

We will not use any personal data relating to you which we hold at any time for any purpose other than in connection with your booking. We will not pass on such data to third parties except where necessary unless authorized by you. i.e client mobile number, date of birth, credit card, photos or any other sensitive information.
 

We may use your data to notify you of our services, offers and promotions from time to time and if you do not wish us to receive this information you please notify us at any time. Your Responsibility.

 

Law and Jurisdiction:

 

The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and we and you hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
